Hot Lunch Program
Our Hot Lunch Program is offered as a service to parents and students. It is also one of our biggest sources of fundraising. It is run completely by volunteer parents and relatives, and for the Fall 2021 term it will be held on Thursdays.
At this time, we can only accept payment via e-transfer. Please send your payment to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Munchalunch order number, and each student(s)’s name and division number. Payment must be made in full before October 27th. Otherwise, the order cannot be processed.
We offer a variety of menu items to make it fun, nutritious, and tasty for our kids. You can choose all or some of the items. If you have ordered lunch, you will automatically receive a reminder of the item you’ve ordered via your registered email address. You can also go into your account to see what you have ordered. Please send a lunch for your child if you haven’t ordered that day.
Please note the following important information:
Due to the volume of orders, please take care in choosing foods that your child likes as there won't be any changes, cancellations, or refunds once the ordering for that term has closed.
If your child doesn't like the food ordered, it will be donated to another child.
If your child will be absent, their lunch can be picked up from the school office by 11:45 at the latest. You can call the office at 604 713 4925 to arrange the pickup. Lunches not picked up will be donated to another child.
If the teacher provides one week’s notice for a field trip, lunches will be cancelled and credit will be used for the following term. For cancellations during the March to June term, the money will be donated to the PAC.
